You can request permanent deletion of your BayanGo account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Open BayanGo and go to Account.
Select Request Account Deletion to open this page.
Email us from the address connected to your BayanGo account. Include the account email or mobile number and state that you want the account permanently deleted.
Complete any reasonable identity verification requested by support. This prevents unauthorized deletion.

What is deleted

After verification, BayanGo deletes or anonymizes the authentication account, customer profile, contact details, saved delivery addresses and location pins, notification tokens, and user-created community content that is not required for an active dispute or legal obligation.

What may be retained

Completed order, payment-reference, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, and support records may be retained only for the period required for legal, regulatory, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Access is restricted, and the records are deleted or anonymized when that period ends.

We normally complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. We will tell you if a legal obligation requires limited records to be retained longer.

Delete selected data only

You may use the same email link to request deletion or correction of selected profile, location, community, or support data without closing the entire account. Describe the specific data in your request.
