By accessing or using BayanGo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. BayanGo provides local ordering, concierge, and delivery coordination services in Binangonan, Rizal and nearby service areas.

Orders and Fulfillment

Orders are processed based on item availability, cut-off times, merchant availability, rider availability, delivery schedules, and serviceable locations. BayanGo may contact customers for substitutions, clarifications, or delivery coordination.

Pricing and Payments

All prices, delivery fees, service fees, subscriptions, and other charges are shown in Philippine Peso (PHP). Final order totals are displayed before checkout or confirmation. Prices and availability may change due to market conditions, merchant updates, substitutions, delivery route, and promotions.

Customers may be offered available payment methods through BayanGo or third-party payment partners. Payment completion may be subject to payment provider review, authentication, confirmation, or settlement timing.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and may change due to weather, traffic, merchant preparation time, port schedules, rider availability, or other operational conditions. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details.

Cancellations

Eligible orders may be cancelled within the allowed cancellation window shown in the app. Orders may no longer be cancellable once preparation, purchasing, merchant processing, rider assignment, or delivery has started.

Subscriptions and Promotions

BayanGo may offer subscription plans, vouchers, free delivery benefits, or other promotions. Subscription benefits, including free delivery and priority support, apply only while the subscription is active and subject to app rules. Customers may request cancellation through the app.

Refunds and Disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the Return and Refund Policy, order status, payment status, and investigation of the reported issue. Customers must contact BayanGo support with relevant order details for disputes, failed payments, missing items, or delivery concerns.

User Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate account, contact, order, and address details. Customers must communicate respectfully with BayanGo support, merchants, and riders.

Service Changes

BayanGo may update app features, service areas, merchant availability, fees, policies, and these terms to improve operations, comply with partner requirements, or meet regulatory obligations.
